500 million rubles will be allocated to help Russians who are abroad and cannot return home due to the coronavirus pandemic,
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin told at a government meeting.


"We are working hard to return them to their homeland, many of them are now in a difficult situation due to the spread of the coronavirus", he said, in particular.


First of all, the funds allocated, according to the head of the Russian government, will be used to pay for the temporary residence of Russian citizens abroad.


Mishustin also instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency to draw up a clear schedule for the return of tourists to their homeland.
