Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov held telephone talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Accord of Libya Mohamed Syala at the latter's request. The diplomats discussed some topical aspects of Russian-Libyan relations.
They also touched upon the preparation and holding of the Russia-Africa Summit, which will be held in Sochi on October 24.
