Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov held a meeting with Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt Ihab Nasr at the latter’s request.
During the conversation, the officials discussed a number of practical matters related to Russian-Egyptian relations, including the preparations for the Russia-Africa Summit in Sochi on October 23-24.
Yesterday, the heads of 47 African states confirmed their participation in the Summit.
