Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Uganda Justus Karuhanga.
During the conversation, the paries discussed a number of topical issues to further increase Russian-Ugandan cooperation in various areas, including trade, economic and investment cooperation, and promotion of possible joint projects in the field of hydrocarbon production in the Republic of Uganda.
They also exchanged views on trends in the situation on the African continent.
Uganda is a state in East Africa, a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
