Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov received Charge d'Affaires ad interim of the State of Libya to Russia Mustafa Abousaida.
During the conversation, the parties exchanged views on developments in Libya, with an emphasis on the need to launch an inclusive intra-Libyan negotiation process under the auspices of the UN in order to resolve the crisis in that country as soon as possible.
