Bulgarian Islamic Academy switched to distance education

The Bulgarian Islamic Academy has switched to distance education. According to the press service of the academy, teachers conduct lectures in specially equipped classrooms, while students are studying using personal computers.


On March 25, Moscow hosted a regular meeting of the Working group of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science on the organization of educational activities in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection.


Speaking at the event, the head of the Department Valery Falkov said that all universities under the Ministry's jurisdiction have switched to distance education due to the threat of the spread of the coronavirus. This decision was accepted by 80% of the country's universities.
