The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Turkey Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu had a phone conversation. The heads of diplomatic departments discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, as well as topical issues of the international agenda, TASS reports with reference to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
"Our Minister held telephone talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. They discussed bilateral economic and regional issues," the message reads.
