Over the past 24 hours, about 630 refugees returned to Syria from Jordan and Lebanon. This is stated in the newsletter of the Centre for the Reception, Allocation and Accommodation of Refugees, published on Friday on the website of the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Over the past day, 627 refugees returned to Syria from the territories of foreign states, including 196 people from Lebanon through the Jaydet Yabus and Tel Kalah checkpoints, from Jordan through the Nasib checkpoint – 431 people" the report says, in particular.
In addition, four residential buildings, a kindergarten and two schools were restored during the day.
Engineering units of the Syrian armed forces checked 2 hectares of territory and destroyed 30 explosive items in a 24-hour period.
