Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will visit Moscow on October 29 where he plans to discuss the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the Iranian embassy in Moscow told TASS on Tuesday.
"We were informed that the visit would take place on Thursday," the diplomatic mission said.
Earlier the Iranian Foreign Ministry informed that Araghchi as a special envoy would go on a trip to promote the Tehran initiative to resolve the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh. He is planning to visit the border regions of Iran to assess the situation on the ground and then go to Baku, Moscow, Yerevan and Ankara.
