At this moment, Kazan is hosting the III International Forum of writers and intellectuals "Aitmatov Readings - for a dialogue of cultures", which is attended by Dinara Jumabayeva, Deputy President of the Issyk Kul Forum (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).
