In Moscow, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko met with Austrian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Johannes Aigner.
During the conversation, the parties duscussed the current state of affairs in the post-Soviet space with an emphasis on the situation in Ukraine.
They also exchanged views on the prospects for resolving the intra-Ukrainian crisis and the current state of bilateral relations between Russia and Austria with the CIS countries.
Some aspects of the international agenda of mutual interest were also touched upon.
