Pobeda Airlines has announced its plan to introduce direct scheduled flights from Volgograd to Istanbul and Dubai in the fall of 2023. The press secretary of PJSC "Volgograd International Airport," Anastasia Golodova, made the announcement to journalists on Thursday.
With the increasing demand for international departures from Volgograd airport, Pobeda Airlines will cater to travelers by offering direct scheduled flights to two major destinations. Starting from October 29, on Wednesdays and Sundays, passenger liners will fly from Volgograd to Istanbul, with a travel time of approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes each way. Similarly, from October 31, flights to Dubai will commence, operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with a travel time of around 4 hours and 55 minutes per journey. The airline will deploy Boeing-737-800 airplanes, each equipped with 189 seats, to serve travelers on these routes.
