Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev sent a congratulatory message to his Lebanese counterpart Saad Hariri on the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
"Russia and Lebanon have friendly, partnership relations. Trade, economic and investment cooperation continue to develop. Joint projects in energy, industry, infrastructure, science, and culture are being implemented", - the message published on the government's website reads.
Medvedev also added, "active work in the intergovernmental format will contribute to further strengthen bilateral cooperation and create conditions for the promotion of new promising initiatives in a wide range of areas”.
