"This will create new opportunities for the formation of a legal and regulatory framework for fostering patriotism, cultural, spiritual, political and legal education of citizens, reducing crime in society, especially among teenagers and young people," the agency quoted Dilshod Rakhmon, Chairman of the Upper House of Parliament Committee on ensuring constitutional foundations, human rights and freedoms.
