Travel and Leisure published a list of the most underrated places that deserve the attention of travelers but are not sufficiently "promoted".

Muslim countries were also included in the list.

In particular, according to the authors of the article, one of the most underrated tourist destinations is Moroccan Dakhla-a city in Western Sahara. It can attract tourists with sand dunes, wide beaches and a variety of restaurants with the freshest seafood.

The Gambia, where 90% of the population is Muslim, has pristine nature, sparsely populated beaches and nesting sites for rare birds.
Sudan (95% of Muslims), as noted, is great for relaxing on the most beautiful sandy beaches, and Tajikistan is famous for the Silk Road.

The list also includes Greenland with its icebergs, the Canadian Islands of Haida Gwaii, Moldova, Nicaragua, and Cambodia.
