Five more Russian humanitarian centers were established in Nagorno-Karabakh by the order of Shoigu.

Russian humanitarian centers for demining, reconciliation, transport, medical and trade and domestic support were established to conduct a peacekeeping operation in Nagorno-Karabakh by the order of the Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergei Shoigu. This was reported to journalists on Thursday in the National Defense Management Center (part of the Russian Ministry of Defense).


"In order to solve the whole range of humanitarian tasks in Nagorno-Karabakh, five additional centers have been formed as part of the Interdepartmental Center for Humanitarian Response (Coordination Centers for Humanitarian Response: "North" and "South", a consolidated detachment of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations): the Center for Humanitarian Demining, the Center for Reconciliation of the warring parties (including a department of psychological work, TV and radio stations, the editorial office of "Vestnik mirotvortsa"), the Center for Transport Support, the Center for Medical Support, and the Center for Trade and Domestic Services", - - the message says.
