Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan to Attend CIS Ministerial Council Meetings

Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev is set to attend the forthcoming meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS member states in Minsk, Belarus, as well as the meeting of foreign ministers from Russia and Central Asia. This information was disclosed by the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.

 

"Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev of the  Republic of Kyrgyzstan will attend the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS, scheduled for Minsk on April 12, 2024," the press release stated.

 

During the meeting, the participants are expected to discuss the "international agenda and interaction within the framework of the Commonwealth" and to review draft decisions intended for submission to the CIS Council of Heads of State meetings. Additionally, Jeenbek Kulubaev is scheduled to attend the seventh meeting of foreign ministers from Central Asia and Russia, which is to follow the CIS Ministerial Council meeting.
