A document distributed on the margins of the Capturing Technology arms control conference. Rethinking Arms Control in Berlin, which is noteworthy, calls on Russia to return to the implementation of the INF Treaty before August of this year. The INF Treaty, as noted in the statement, has been crucial for security in Europe for more than 30 years.

Recall that the US withdrawal from the Treaty, President Donald Trump announced on February 2nd, accusing Russia of non-compliance with the document. Russia, in turn, has repeatedly stated that it fully fulfills the conditions of the INF Treaty, and questions about its implementation are in time for Washington. The other day, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the suspension of the fulfillment of the treaty, stressing at the same time that he would not like to start a new arms race.
