Chechnya is ready to share with Libya the experience of fighting terrorism and to support it on the way to restoring peace, the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov said during a press conference.
"I call on the Islamic, Arab countries and Turkey to develop a common approach to assessing the situation in Libya, to act as a single force to achieve peace in Libya. Otherwise, the West will never allow the bloodshed to stop," he said.
Kadyrov also once again confirmed that he had a telephone conversation with the head of the Libyan government.
"He asked for help in the fight against terrorism, in restoring order, restoring stability and unity of the nation. We are talking about our experience in the fight against terrorism and solving the problems of national unity, and not about military assistance, " the head of the Republic stressed.
