In Moscow, the Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council (RMC) and the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation Ravil Gainutdin met with the Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Salmi, who arrived in the Russian capital to participate in the VII report-election Congress of the Spiritual administration of Muslims.
According to the press service of the RMC, the main topic of discussion was bilateral relations.
Gainutdin stressed that Russian Muslims are always open to cooperate and develope relations with Oman.
Al-Salmi, in his turn, conveyed greetings and best wishes to the leadership and people of Russia on behalf of the Sultan and all the people of Oman and expressed the willingness of the Omani side to participate in joint projects for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
