Indonesian President Joko Widodo opened the Group of Twenty (G20) summit in Bali on Tuesday, TASS reported.
"We have a responsibility not only to our peoples, but to the people of the world. The responsibility to respect international laws and the UN Charter," he stressed.
The summit opened half an hour later than planned, presumably due to US President Joe Biden being late.
