From 13 to 19 October this year, the I international forum "Theological heritage of Muslims of Russia" will be held in Bolgar.
The central topics of discussion are a scientific-methodical and informational exchange between Russian and foreign scientists achievements in the field of development of higher Islamic education; traditional vector and revisionist approaches in the development of Islamic theological thought in the world and Russian Muslim community; intellectual tradition of Russian Islam in the context of Muslim thought: methodological bases of comparative research in the light of modern challenges and trends; identification, collection, storage and description of samples of the written heritage of Muslims of Russia as an up-to-date direction of humanitarian science; implementation of Sharia in modern conditions; the national-civil and confessional identity of Muslim youth in Russia and abroad: bases of formation and conditions of development, etc.
The event will also include the Arabic and Russian language Olympiads.
