Tehran has requested Moscow's help in the fight against the new coronavirus, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali told RIA Novosti.
The diplomat added that Tehran welcomes humanitarian assistance "from all countries".
Iran is on the fourth place of infected Covid-19 after China, South Korea and Italy. There are 1501 cases of infection, 66 people died.
In total, there are more than 90 thousand infected people in the world, and 3123 people died. The main source is in China, with more than 80 thousand cases and almost three thousand victims.
