Tehran and Washington can hold talks only if the United States ends its sanctions and Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, gives his approval, news agency IRNA reported with reference to Iran’s intelligence minister Mahmoud Alavi.

“Holding talks with America can be reviewed by Iran only if Trump lifts the sanctions", said Alavi.
The Minister added that such talks can be held only on the condition that the supreme leader of Iran gives his permission.
