Iranian Foreign Minister arrives in Moscow

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrives in Moscow On May 8th.

 

 

 

According to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the main point of the program of the Head of Iranian Diplomacy will be a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

 

 


During the negotiations, it is planned to discuss the current state of the multifaceted ties between Russia and the IRI and specific measures to further advance them.

 

 

In addition, a “reconciliation of hours” is planned on key topics on the international and regional agenda, including the Syrian settlement, the Caspian Sea, the South Caucasus, Central Asia, the SCO, the topic of the UHFD, Venezuela, etc.

 

 


It is noted that Iran is Moscow’s long-time and reliable partner in the Middle East and interaction with the Islamic Republic is an important condition for ensuring the national interests of Russia, strengthening stability in the South Caucasus, Central Asia and the Middle East.
