Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has called on other countries to oppose US sanctions, the purpose of which is to change the existing world order.
“Obviously, the United States took the world order with its sanctions”, the Minister claimed, having arrived in Pakistan for negotiations with the authorities of this country.
“If this is not countered, the international community will be in a difficult situation,” the politician believes.
In this regard, he pointed out US sanctions not only against Iran, but also against China. “If the world community allows this to continue, the order of international relations will be in the power of those to whom the law is not written”, Zarif added.
The Foreign Minister has also touched upon the regional situation, noting that a dangerous and difficult situation is developing in the region, and stating the importance of holding consultations on this issue with neighboring states, RIA Novosti reports.
