Expressing Iran's keen interest in enhancing cooperation with Russian regions, particularly with Tatarstan, President Raisi highlighted the significant role of the Group of Strategic Vision (GSV) "Russia-Islamic World" in fostering such collaboration.

Addressing Rustam Minnikhanov, President Raisi emphasized, "You are not just heading one of the subjects of the Russian Federation. On the instructions of Vladimir Putin, you head the GSV "Russia-Islamic World". And thus you represent all Muslims in Russia in working with other countries. We are ready to work closely in this direction. We see this as the basis for the development of cooperation, both in the economy, education, and culture."

In response, Rustam Minnikhanov expressed gratitude to President Raisi for his personal commitment to enhancing cooperation and outlined the purpose of the Tatarstan delegation's visit to Iran.

"We always visit Iran with pleasure. We have already visited several provinces. Thanks to this work, our enterprises have established contacts. Tomorrow there will be another meeting of representatives of business circles and businesses. In March this year, Days of Culture of Tatarstan will be held in Tehran," noted Rustam Minnikhanov.

It is noteworthy that an interregional business forum titled "Isfahan - Tatarstan" will be hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Isfahan Province, showcasing trade, economic, and industrial potential between Iran and Russia.

Additionally, President Raisi expressed his anticipation for participating in BRICS events to be held in Kazan later this year.
