Iran's Foreign Minister to Visit Qatar and Turkey for Discussions on the Palestine Situation

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian will conduct the next round of regional consultations during visits to Qatar and Turkey, as revealed by Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bakri.

 

According to Iran's IRNA news agency, the foreign minister's discussions in Qatar and Turkey will primarily revolve around the latest developments in Palestine. Abdollahian is expected to begin his visit to Qatar on Tuesday, October 31, and subsequently travel to Turkey to meet with Turkish officials and engage in discussions regarding the situation in Palestine.

 

Previously, the Iranian Foreign Ministry disclosed a telephone conversation between the foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia. During their conversation, they addressed the recent developments in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict zone. Both ministers "underscored the necessity of collaborative regional and international efforts to promptly halt attacks on civilians, maintain the uninterrupted flow of humanitarian assistance, and counteract the forced displacement of Gaza residents."
