The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, Iran's elite military units) threatened to take revenge on Israel for killing Milad Haydari, an IRGC military adviser in Syria. This was reported Friday by the Tasnim news agency, citing an IRGC press release.
"Israel's crime will not go unanswered," the publication stated. The organization also condemned the world community's inaction regarding the regular violations of Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
According to the IRGC, Haydari died Friday morning in the suburbs of Damascus as a result of an Israeli strike.
