The Israeli military conducted a new airstrike on Hezbollah's infrastructure within Lebanese territory, as reported by the army's press service.
"The Israel Defense Forces conducted an airstrike on Hezbollah's military infrastructure in Lebanon in response to gunfire originating from the Lebanese side and directed towards Israeli territory on the previous day (Sunday)", according to the statement.
On Sunday, the Israeli military reported multiple instances of shelling from Lebanon, which included the use of anti-tank missiles. In response, the Israeli military retaliated by firing artillery shells into Lebanese territory, targeting Hezbollah outposts. Additionally, there were reports of Israeli airstrikes in the region.
