During his visit to Moscow, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu intends to personally present the so-called "deal of the century"-a plan for a Palestinian – Israeli settlement developed by Washington - to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of the Israeli government will arrive in the Russian capital on January 29.
Earlier today, some details of the document appeared in the media. In particular, it allegedly implies the creation of an independent Palestinian state and the preservation of the special status of the Temple mount. At the same time, settlements in the West Bank of Jordan will be annexed by Israel.
The Palestinian side said that they would not accept a deal if it violated international law.
