Russia will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, with the next shipment of essential goods to be delivered by air in November, Zamir Kabulov, Russian President's Special Representative for Afghanistan, said following a meeting of the Moscow format consultations on Afghanistan.
"In November, another batch of aircraft carrying Russian humanitarian aid will be sent to Afghanistan," Kabulov noted. "And this is not the only form of assistance. We are continuing to work on this."
