Kazakhstan committed to further development of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan

In the course of a telephone conversation with the leader of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Zhaparov, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said that the republic is committed to further development of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in the spirit of a strategic partnership. This was reported on Tuesday by the press service of the president of Kazakhstan.


"Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov on his birthday, wishing him wellbeing and further success in responsible state activity. The president of Kazakhstan expressed a firm commitment to further develop cooperation with fraternal Kyrgyzstan in the spirit of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership," the message reads.


It is noted that the two leaders also discussed the implementation of agreements aimed at deepening trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
