Kazakhstan says it is ready to cooperate with Russia in all directions

The government of Kazakhstan is ready for a broad dialogue with the Russian government in all directions, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov said during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.


"The main goal of the governments of our countries is the full implementation of the set tasks at the highest level. This is our third meeting this year. The government of Kazakhstan is ready for an active dialogue in all areas of our cooperation, aimed at deepening our economic cooperation," Smailov said.


He noted that in January-May the trade turnover between Russia and Kazakhstan grew by almost 5% and amounted to more than $9 billion.


"Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich, the government of Kazakhstan is set to work in a multidimensional manner to ensure the dynamic development of the Kazakh-Russian strategic partnership in all directions," concluded the prime minister of Kazakhstan.
