The Kremlin will later inform who will lead the Russian delegation at the fuel loading ceremony at the Akkuyu nuclear power plant, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"We will inform. Russia will be represented at the proper level and, of course, in some way video conference will be involved," the Kremlin spokesman said on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, commenting on Turkish information that Ankara is not expecting Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit before Turkey's presidential election, the Russian leader's spokesman noted that Moscow expects "that there will be more contacts."
On April 27, the first nuclear fuel will be solemnly delivered to the Akkuyu nuclear power plant.
