The head of the Kyrgyz state Sooronbay Jeenbekov said in a conversation with the speaker of parliament Myktybek Abdyldaev that the country has a legitimate president and parliament. On Thursday TASS was informed about it by the press secretary of the head of the republic Tolgonay Stamaliyeva.

"The President emphasized once again that the main task for him now is to return the situation in the country to the legal direction. He once again emphasized that the country now has a legitimate president, as well as a legitimate parliament, so he saw it important to organize a meeting with the speaker," said Stamalieva.

According to the spokesperson, the conversation, which was held at the initiative of Jeenbekov, was primarily about negotiations with political forces in the country, "who want to bring the situation back into the legal direction", which is the main task for the president. The issue of staff appointments was also touched upon.

"During the conversation, the issue of impeachment was raised, which sounds within the walls of the parliament," said Stamaliyeva. The President "particularly emphasized the role of the speaker of the country" in the settlement of the situation.

On Tuesday night after the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan, representatives of parties that failed to pass to the supreme legislative body, staged mass riots in Bishkek. They seized the buildings of the parliament, the government, the presidential administration, the Prosecutor General's Office and the capital mayor's office. Several structures were created with the participation of the opposition, which declared themselves temporary authorities and appointed prime ministers. In the republic, impostors seized government posts of all levels, and dozens of enterprises, fields and other business facilities were taken over by unknown persons
