Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed by phone on Wednesday the implementation of trilateral agreements on Karabakh, the parties agreed to intensify the relevant work.
"The ministers reviewed the implementation of the trilateral agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021. They agreed to intensify the relevant work," the Russian diplomatic office said in a statement.
In addition, the ministers discussed topical issues of bilateral relations with a focus on the implementation of the provisions of the Declaration on allied cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan from February 22, 2022. "A verification of hours on certain issues of the international and regional agenda was carried out," the Russian foreign ministry informed.
