"The war in Syria is really over. The country is gradually returning to a normal, peaceful life. Certain hotbeds of tension remain only in the territories not controlled by the Syrian government, such as Idlib and the Eastern Bank of the Euphrates river", - the Russian Foreign Minister said in particular.
Now, according to Lavrov, the tasks of restoring Syria and advancing the political process of settling the crisis are coming to the fore.
"We note that there is no alternative to the political process and call for the widest possible representation of all groups of Syrian society in it", - Sergey Lavrov stressed.
