Integration associations of developing regions, not the West, will determine the development of all countries in the world. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this on Wednesday at the government hour at the State Duma.
"The integration structures of other developing regions, such as the African Union, Arab League, Cooperation Council for Arab [Persian] Gulf Countries, and Community of Latin American and Caribbean Countries, are more and more vocal about their independent role in world affairs," he said. - "We interact with all of them on a systemic basis, and all of these, of course, are pillars of the emerging multipolarity. Ultimately, it is they, not the West, who will determine the external conditions for the development of all the countries of our planet."
