Today, at the initiative of the Cypriot side, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides.
The Foreign Ministers, according to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, discussed the situation in both countries in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection.
They also exchanged views on topical issues of bilateral relations, including cooperation in the field of taxation in the light of the Russian President's decision to ensure an appropriate level of taxation of all types of income transferred abroad to offshore jurisdictions.
