Russia believes that the largest agreements between Azerbaijan and Armenia to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be implemented. Moscow is ready to contribute to the process. The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has announced it today, following the talks with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic.
«Following the results of the meeting in Moscow on April 15th of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, feeling the atmosphere in which work is now taking place, I have reason to believe that both Baku and Yerevan are interested that this time these agreements don’t remain on paper. We will help this implementation», the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia noted.
It should be noted that the central topics of negotiations at the meeting of Lavrov and Dacic were new areas of cooperation in the economy, in the Foreign Policy sphere, in the field of inter-parliamentary exchanges, as well as humanitarian and cultural ties.
