Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold talks on Thursday with the head of the Foreign Ministry of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
"In a few minutes, the Russian foreign minister will hold talks with his counterpart from the United Arab Emirates. The talks will be held in Moscow," the diplomat said.
The last time the UAE foreign minister visited Russia was in December 2020. Last December, Moscow and Abu Dhabi celebrated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations.
