Mr. President, who took part in the first such event in the fall of 2019 in Sochi, confirmed that he intends to accept President Putin's invitation and come to the summit in late July in St. Petersburg," Lavrov said.
The Russian foreign minister also said he had invited his Mauritanian counterpart Mohamed Salem Ould Merzouk to visit Russia.
