The Lebanese Ministry of Health has updated the casualty figures from Israeli airstrikes carried out on Sunday across various regions of the country.

According to a report from the Elnashra news portal, the death toll has risen from 109 to 123 in the past 24 hours, with 359 people injured.

The highest number of casualties was reported in the village of Ain Delba, near the city of Sidon (60 km from Beirut). The report states that the number of fatalities there increased from 24 to 32, with injuries rising from 29 to 53. A residential building next to the Al-Furqan Mosque was completely destroyed in the missile strike. Eyewitnesses reported that rescuers are still clearing the rubble, and the death toll may rise further.

In Tyre and its surrounding areas, 16 Lebanese were killed in the bombings, with another 115 wounded. In the Bint Jbeil district, 10 people were killed by airstrikes, with four more injured. In the northeast of the country, air raids targeted 45 towns and villages in the Baalbek and Hermel regions in the afternoon. According to the Ministry of Health, 33 people were killed there, and 47 were wounded. Local authorities have not clarified whether all the victims were civilians or how many of them were Hezbollah fighters.

Nasser Yassin, the coordinator of the Rapid Emergency Response Center and Minister of the Environment, announced at a press conference in Beirut on September 29 that the number of refugees has reached 250,000 in recent days. He added that most of them have been provided shelter in 777 displacement centers operating throughout the country.
