Maria Zakharova: there is no evidence of alleged violations of Russia by the INF Treaty,

21 March 2019

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg didn’t cite any evidence that Russia allegedly violated the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Short-Range Missiles (INF Treaty).

About this on her Facebook page the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova wrote. «At a recent meeting in Munich with Sergey Lavrov, Stoltenberg could not bring any evidence of alleged violations of Russia by the INF Treaty.

The arguments of the NATO members, as always, are at the level of «everything is in social networks», and «no one except you is capable of such. «NATO is NATO», - Zakharova noted, in particular. Earlier, Stoltenberg said that «all 29 countries - members of NATO agree that Russia is violating the INF Treaty».
