The Israel Defense Forces targeted a residential neighborhood in the town of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in numerous casualties, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
The bombing reportedly focused on residential structures in the Kuwait Hospital neighborhood. The agency has not yet provided specific numbers for the dead and injured. Those rescued from the rubble were transported to Abu Yousef Al Najjar Hospital.
Additionally, the report states that the Israeli army struck residential neighborhoods in Deir al-Balah, as well as the refugee camps of Nuseirat and Jabaliya.
