"We are very serious about doing this. In fact, we have been thinking about this for a very long time", - the American leader noted, in particular, answering a journalist’s question whether the feasibility of such a measure is now being considered in relation to drug cartels or their individual groups.
Trump recalled that in the past year alone, about 42 thousand people had died at the hands of drug cartel members in Mexico. «Mexico, unfortunately, has lost control of the cartels. This country is considered one of the most unsafe in the world», the American leader emphasized.
