The United States will make an effort to destabilize Russia. Advisor to the Minister of Defense Andrey Ilnitsky declared about it on the TV channel "Zvezda". According to him, a multi-page report describing measures of pressure on Russia was prepared by the American corporation RAND - a strategic research center for the US Government.
So, Washington intends to involve more actively in Syrian and Ukrainian domestic politics. In the Middle Eastern country Americans will continue to support the militants. At the same time, they will continue to supply arms to the Ukrainian government.
“For the US, prior and initial destination is Ukraine... They are actively starting to look at the Caucasus, they keep Belarus in focus, they will continue to stir Syria”, Ilnitsky mentioned.
“To make Russia weak”, he claimed, the United States will try to encourage migration of qualified personnel and educated youth from the country.
“All of these things mean that education, the struggle for the minds must be in focus, because it is a matter of national security”, the Adviser to the Head of the Ministry of Defense announced.
