Moscow hosted a meeting between the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and African countries, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Mikhail Bogdanov and Jordan’s Ambassador to Russia Amjad Odeh Adaileh.
According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the meeting took place at the request of the Jordanian side.
During the conversation, the Diplomats have discussed topical issues on the Middle East agenda with a focus on the situation in and around Syria, as well as the situation in the Palestinian territories.
In addition, the perspective directions are considered for the further development of traditionally friendly Russian-Jordanian relations, including the maintenance of a trustful political dialogue.
