Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation: Iran’s patience on a nuclear deal deserves respect

The patience and endurance of the Iranian authorities in connection with the situation around the nuclear deal and in the light of constant provocations from the side deserve respect. Deputy Director of the Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Oleg Rozhkov has stated about it.

 

 

“Iran’s patience, restraint and responsible approach to fulfilling its obligations, despite constant provocations and blackmail, deserve the highest praise and respect,” he claimed, speaking at a meeting of the preparatory committee for the 2020 Conference of the Parties to the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty weapons.

 

 


The Diplomat emphasized certain aspects: the “professional and impartial approach of the IAEA in conducting inspections in Iran as part of the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan”. It is believed that the agency regularly since the conclusion of the Iranian nuclear sock, confirms that Tehran strictly adheres to the deal covering all the issues.
